LAN Qinghua, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park and Secretary of the Party Committee of Linhai Town, Sheyang County, introduced the measures and effects of Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park, as an important park for textile and garment industry to undertake north-south transfer and cross-river development, in terms of introducing high-efficiency development enterprises, improving service quality, upgrading park grade and optimizing park pattern. At the same time, around the chain cluster development, green and low-carbon leadership, reform and innovation empowerment, follow their own advantages, and strive to build China's coastal textile base.

Gong Huijuan, president of Jiangsu Garment Association, informed the economic operation of the textile and garment industry in the province from January to September this year. She pointed out that since the beginning of this year, as the economy and society have fully resumed normal operation, macro policies have been effective, and the national economy has picked up and improved, but the current world economic growth rate has slowed down, and the external environment facing textile and garment is still grim and complex, especially the continued low external demand has a greater impact on textile and garment exports, and the economic operation of the textile and garment industry in Jiangsu Province has shown a slowdown in domestic sales growth. Production, exports, efficiency, investment and other major indicators of decline deepened. In the face of complex and severe external environment, the garment industry in Jiangsu province closely adheres to the requirements of high-quality development, continues to promote structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading, increases the transformation of development momentum, and focuses on improving basic capacity and the modernization level of industrial chain.
